**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Heath Farm School. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who require additional support to access the curriculum and achieve their academic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Working closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Providing one-to-one support and small group instruction to students
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting strategies to meet changing needs

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing student needs
  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
