Key Responsibilities
  • Launch Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive plans for the new Dermatology asset, considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and patient needs.
  • Annual Brand Plan: Create Annual Brand Plans through gaining local market insights, develop key marketing strategies and solutions to drive business forward.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration among various functions involved in the launch, ensuring alignment on objectives, activities, and messaging.
  • Launch Execution and Monitoring: Implement launch activities, track progress against the plan, and monitor key performance indicators.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, as well as the ability to work under ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will have experience in leading Annual Brand Plan Development, managing budgets, and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership and delivery in launch readiness programs in UK/Ireland.
  • Biologics and Dermatology launch experience within UK market.
  • Demonstrated leadership in post-launch growth acceleration in UK/Ireland.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to deliver key strategies to implementation.
  • Significant experience in leading Annual Brand Plan Development.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize impactful work.
