We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Negligence Paralegal or Litigation Executive to join our expanding Medical Negligence team at Office Angels.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top local firm that handles a wide range of Clinical Negligence claims, including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopedic injuries, misdiagnosis and delays in cancer treatment, cerebral palsy, amputations, fatal negligence, neonatal, obstetric, and gynecological cases.

• Manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from initial instruction to settlement or trial
• Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support client claims
• Prepare and present cases in court, working closely with solicitors and barristers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and support throughout the claims process
• Collaborate with the Medical Negligence team to achieve business objectives and improve client outcomes

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, Fee Earner, or Litigation Executive in Clinical Negligence or a willingness to transition from Personal Injury
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage your own caseload
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
