Cover Supervisor Position

We are working with Secondary Schools in Upminster and surrounding areas to recruit a Cover Supervisor for a full-time position. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for education and a desire to support students in a dynamic and challenging environment.
The successful candidate will have experience working with students aged 4-16 and be confident in managing behaviour. They will also be able to demonstrate their ability to build professional relationships with students and have a fun but firm presence.
The role of Cover Supervisor will involve leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers (varying subjects). The ideal candidate will have a strength in any subject across the curriculum and be able to adapt to different teaching styles.
