Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Train, motivate, and mentor staff to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure store administration, banking, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals and build career paths.
- Deal with staff and customer issues, including complaints and grievances.
- Review sales and stock targets, including core stock ranges.
- Organize working rotas and holidays.
- Liaise with Marketing to support the implementation and maintenance of the Marketing strategy.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in a management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and be on-hand during busy periods.
