Job Title: Accounting and Financial Reporting Associate Director

RSM is seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Reporting Associate Director to join our team in London. As a key member of our Accounting and Business Advisory line of service, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and pre-audit readiness reviews.
  • Provide financial reporting advisory and consultancy services to clients on specific issues.
  • Act as an Accounting and Financial Reporting lead, responsible for a portfolio of clients tailored to your individual skill-sets and interests.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the department, including coaching and developing junior members of the team.
  • Manage the working capital of projects, including budgeting, cost management, billing, and debt recoverability.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong accounting and financial reporting skillset.
  • Sector specialism, for example Legal, Technology, Manufacturing, Property etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of building lasting client relationships.
  • Adaptable and collaborative team player with advanced coaching and development skills.
