Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated sales assistant to provide outstanding customer service and support our team at Cooplands Bakery. As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, delivering a fast and friendly service, and preparing our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Prepare and present our products in a visually appealing way
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Support with stock management and inventory control
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is reliable, enjoys early morning starts, and loves to work as part of a team. Some customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential, as we will provide great training. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Shift Patterns:

Our shift patterns run from 6.00am to 18.00pm, and we desire candidates to be available between these hours. However, we can be flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
