About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Community Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver goal-focussed, person-centred support to service users based on co-produced and sustainable recovery plans.
  • Work with the team to offer pathways for those using the skill set of lived experience to support individuals accessing the service.
  • Travel across Milton Keynes areas to deliver the service, working flexibly as part of a team.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including People & OD, Milton Keynes Recovery College, Rethink Community Services, and Corporate Resources.
