We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Seminar Coordinator to join our team at a special school in Haywards Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH/ASC needs, promoting engagement and positive behavior.
• Build strong relationships with students to encourage participation and emotional regulation.
• Assist with academic, social, and emotional learning both inside and outside the classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored support plans.

• Experience working with children or young adults with SEMH/ASC needs in a school or care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive approach to behavior management and a commitment to safeguarding.
