Care Home Manager Position
About the Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced care leader to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in Lancaster, Lancashire.
Job Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of personal care and support are provided to residents. Key duties include:
- Managing and motivating a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care services.
- Coordinating care plans and implementing changes as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,362.24 per annum (£14.36 per hour), a comprehensive training program, and a supportive work environment.
Work Schedule:This is a full-time position working on a two-week rolling rota, which includes shifts from 8pm to 8am, Monday to Sunday. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £31,362.24 based on a 37-hour workweek.
