Lead Dental Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team at mydentist.

About the Role:

  • Support the dental team in providing top-notch patient care

  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure practice efficiency and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and promote a positive and supportive team culture
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills
  • Contribute to the development of practice policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and experience
