About the Role:

Horizon Care and Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be working with unaccompanied asylum seeking children and care leavers to help them live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical and emotional support to young people in a residential setting
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Help young people to develop life skills and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
