**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Akari Care.

As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key responsibilities include observing and reviewing care plans, assisting with daily tasks, and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues.
