**Teacher Assistant for Students with SEN
LTF Recruitment is looking for an experienced Specialist Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our team in a KS2 setting in Tower Hamlets.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized behaviour management plans, creating a safe and supportive learning environment for students with behavioural needs.
This role requires a skilled professional with experience in working with children who exhibit challenging behaviours, preferably with a Team Teach or MAPA qualification.
The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
