About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, dementia, and other complex needs.

Main Responsibilities:

To participate in the implementation of individual support plans and activities, promoting independence and empowerment for service users.

To maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and other stakeholders, respecting confidentiality and promoting a person-centred approach.

To support service users with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social events, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

To maintain accurate records and notes, as required, to ensure continuity of care and support.

Requirements:

A Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.

Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.

The ability to remain calm under pressure and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The passion to work with vulnerable adults and deliver high standards of safeguarding.

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of £11.94.

35 hours per week, with flexible shifts to accommodate service user needs.
