Madisons Recruitment is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join their team as a Greenhouse Horticultural Specialist.

This position is located near Romsey, Hampshire, and involves assisting with the planting of trees and shrubs on a wholesale plant nursery.

Responsibilities

  • Unload and load plant deliveries efficiently
  • Maintain plants through general upkeep and pruning
  • Tidy and shape trees and shrubs to ensure optimal growth
  • Work in various weather conditions, outdoors

Requirements

  • Adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) for safe working practices
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm schedule
