Contract Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Contract Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Hull. Fawkes & Reece (North) is a market-leading family-run business covering various sectors, including Commercial, Education, Energy, Healthcare, Housing, Industrial, Leisure, Retail, and Regeneration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all commercial aspects of projects, including valuation of works, subcontract accounts, payment processing, CVRs, final account preparation, cost reporting, value engineering, and procurement assistance.
  • Work closely with the Estimating, Commercial, and Construction departments to deliver projects efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Contract Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to promote commercial awareness among Project team members.

Estimated Salary:

£65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
