The Fleet and Guaranteed Maintenance Billing Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing information at Briggs Industrial Solutions, Inc. This individual will work closely with internal and external customers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and resolving billing variances through regular report reviews
  • Collaborating with customers to provide updates, clear outstanding balances, and resolve billing disputes
  • Managing accounts, including recording and tracking progress of collections
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for improving invoicing practices
  • Ensuring accurate and timely application of guaranteed maintenance payments to invoices
  • Staying informed about changes to customer guidelines and industry best practices

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in Collections and/or Accounts Receivables
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, web intranet software, or other online procurement systems strongly preferred

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
