About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the strategic marketing plan for the EarlyPay business, working closely with sales and product teams to deliver against pipeline, order, and revenue targets.
  • Drive the development and execution of key marketing programs to grow incremental revenue for the business, both within the existing Access Group customer base and through overseas expansion.
  • Craft compelling messaging and content for our EarlyPay key target segments and develop strong propositions.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of the buying process and buyer DNA to execute relevant sales enablement and nurture programs that improve conversion rates.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders through frequent, consistent, and effective interaction.
  • Act as the trusted, go-to-person for EarlyPay marketing.
  • Develop sector knowledge to build and execute multi-channel marketing programs to drive lead generation and improve win rates.
  • Develop programs to engage our EarlyPay customer base to launch new capabilities and drive activation among end users.
Requirements
  • Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in a software business.
  • Experience of creating compelling marketing propositions and translating these into engaging sales enablement programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and translate product information into customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience of implementing successful marketing programs and lead generation campaigns using a wide variety of media and mediums.
