Surgical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Staff Nurse to join our dynamic surgical team at NHS. As a key member of our 24/7 unit, you will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing general surgery, orthopaedics, urology, and ENT procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a shift rotation. You will take part in the daily running of the department, providing advice and support to nursing assistants while maintaining a safe, effective, and efficient care environment.
As a Surgical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and delivering high-standard patient care. Your role will involve working closely with the Sister/Charge Nurse, Senior Sister, and Matron to develop and continually improve our services.
