We are seeking a technically strong Property Litigation Lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution department. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to our clients.

About Us

We are an award-winning Solicitors firm based in Worthing, West Sussex. With over 50 staff operating from our modern office, we offer a comprehensive legal service covering all aspects of law.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for property litigation law, who is able to develop others through sharing their technical knowledge and experience. Our ideal candidate will be a great team player, with a strong network of clients and referrers in the local and surrounding areas.

  • 5 years PQE in property litigation law, ideally commercial and high value property.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads while remaining resilient under pressure and competing demands.
  • Provide quality client service and consider this together with relationship building, a high priority.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working to deadlines.
  • Team player while also able to work alone.
  • Enjoy building relationships across our teams.
  • Strong communication skills, flexible approach, and willingness to help grow the team.
