Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the management of seven children's homes, ensuring exceptional care and support for each young person.
  • Overseeing daily operations, including admissions, service expansion, and staff training.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve Ofsted registration success for individual homes.
  • Collaborating with Registered Managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or a relevant degree.
  • Substantial experience working with children with learning disabilities in residential care settings.
  • Proven expertise in Ofsted inspections, compliance, and regulations.
