As a Customer Service Administrator at GXO Logistics, Inc., you will play a key role in maintaining effective and open communication with various stakeholders.

You will be responsible for building solid relationships with TJX Vendors, TJX Head office, TJX Processing Centres, and GXO TJX Transport Operations to ensure seamless service.

  • Maintain control of inbound bookings from TJX Vendors
  • Manage control of outbound bookings from the Crewe / Watford sites to TJX Processing Centres
  • Receive inbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with site rules
  • Coordinate vehicle traffic and completion of receipted deliveries with the site operational teams

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work autonomously, and effectively under pressure. You should also have great IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience of using Warehouse management systems.

A background in fast-moving logistics, with experience of warehousing and transport operations, is desirable.
