About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team at Pandora. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and adapting your approach to meet individual customer needs
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
  • Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment
  • Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges
