We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team at Sanderson, a well-known company within the Water Industry. The successful candidate will provide support to one of our Transformation Programmes, currently ongoing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an enterprise-level architecture incorporating a view of outcomes, business functions, roles, applications, networks, and data sources.
• Organise and run stakeholder workshops to facilitate alignment across business functions.
• Highlight any interim target states as part of architecture evolution.

Requirements:

• Experience in capital delivery, engineering, and construction would be preferable.
• Ability to create a technical enterprise architecture aligned to architectural best practice (TOGAF, Zachmann, etc).
• Experience in working within a bi-modal IT environment (ITIL and agile frameworks).
• Experience of waterfall and systems V projects essential.
• Good communication skills, comfortable running stakeholder workshops.
