About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data and Campaigns Technology team. As the Head of Data and Campaigns Technology, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our external tech suite offerings, ensuring that our donors and supporters have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Data and Product teams in maintaining, upgrading, and developing our external tech suite offerings.
  • Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with our organisational goals.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
