The estimated salary for this role is around £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as being part of an Employee Ownership Trust and quarterly incentives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client information on our in-house system
  • Administer new business opportunities
  • Liaise with clients for new business information, Terms of Business, tax returns
  • Verify the completeness of client files
  • Liaise with product providers (e.g., for valuations, trusts, product terms)
  • Support advisers with meeting preparation, new client packs, agendas etc.
  • Contribute to the Investment Proposition as necessary
  • PARTICIPATE IN WIDER COMPANY PROJECTS AS APPROPRIATE
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in Financial Services/Paraplanning preferred or a desire to enter the IFA industry
  • Ensure all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis
  • Respond to client contact and requests quickly and correctly
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant product, legislative and technical changes and ensure relevant CPD is maintained and recorded accurately
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A supportive and collaborative approach
