Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational issues
* Train and mentor staff on lean manufacturing principles
* Lead projects to reduce waste and improve quality
* Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

* Experience in implementing and improving lean principles in a manufacturing site
* Degree in Engineering or a related field with CAD skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
