About the RoleAs a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting the team to deliver high-quality care and education to young children. You will be responsible for ensuring that the nursery's policies and procedures are implemented effectively, and that the needs of children and staff are met.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare and at least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery. They will also have a strong understanding of the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted regulatory standards.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £30,000 plus benefits.
