  • Provide supervision and support to staff, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Hold a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
  • Have experience of working in a social care setting, with a focus on children and families.
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Hampshire Approach and its application in practice.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with children, young people, and their families, as well as with other professionals and agencies.
