Regional Recruiters at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd will play a key role in developing and implementing effective recruitment plans and strategies to attract and engage top talent. They will be responsible for building local networks, attending community events, and promoting the organization's brand.


You will work closely with hiring managers to oversee all aspects of recruitment, ensuring a consistent and efficient process that meets the needs of our business.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a benefits package including wellbeing resources, financial advice, and discounts at over 40 retailers.


  • 22 Days Holiday (increasing to 25 days after 3 years' service) plus bank holidays.

A good standard level of education is required, and while formal qualifications in HR or recruitment are not essential, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.


Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are beneficial. Local knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques is also advantageous.
