Job Title: Bar Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Assistant to join our team at ESS. As a Bar Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a high level of presentation and hygiene.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
