Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding service to guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments with a smile.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Team to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings, including spirits, wines, and cocktails, to provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in food and beverage service.
  • Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.
