About the Role
DiverseJobsMatter is seeking a highly skilled Digital Optimization Manager to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract basis. This role will be part of our digital team within the Marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior on our national website, leveraging website analytics, user research, and testing to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with external agency partners to analyze data, distill key findings, and implement optimization actions and personalizations to enhance customer experience KPIs.
- Develop and deliver insights to senior management on digital performance and optimization activities, providing actionable recommendations to drive improvements.
- Work closely with internal global teams and external agencies to conduct analyses of specific products, promotions, customer journeys, user research, and usability studies, identifying opportunities for optimization and personalization.
- Manage the testing process, defining requirements, working with stakeholders, and analyzing performance to provide reporting and recommendations for new strategies to drive digital customer experience improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Adobe/Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, Content Square, IPSOS, and Psyma.
- Ability to summarize complex information into clear insights and actions.
- Project management skills to optimize the deliverables of external agencies and global teams.
- Ability to conduct hands-on data analysis and coordinate 3rd-party optimization deliverables.
- Considerable experience in digital analytics, optimization, and digital platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and results-oriented, with expertise in analyzing large amounts of content and data to form creative judgments.
- Excellent communication skills to report findings and build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
