Our team is expanding to deliver high-quality products, and we're seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our product development team. As a key member, you'll work closely with scrum feature teams and the broader team to provide exceptional user experiences for our customers and home buyers they serve.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for learning about the mortgage market and how Mortgage Advisors and Administrators use our platform to advise customers.
  • Work with Product Management to create test cases from their stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Run and report on test cases and sessions efficiently and diligently.
  • Conduct regression testing before software releases.
  • Reproduce issues reported by end-users, document problems in JIRA tickets, and provide clear reproduction steps.
  • Verify resolution of closed issues and features.
  • Be a champion of the end-user.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • High level of IT literacy.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Prior experience working with financial software is preferred.
  • Prior QA experience is also preferred.
