About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Advisor to join our busy recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Head of Talent Acquisition in achieving our recruitment strategy and provide operational support.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent, as well as providing a seamless candidate experience. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced recruitment environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure the best fit for the company
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to achieve recruitment targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent sourcing and recruitment skills
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a busy recruitment environment
