Spiritual Wellbeing in Secondary Schools

We are seeking a pioneering role to spearhead a programme in secondary schools, bringing spiritual wellbeing to young people. This transformative practice has the potential to release children back into learning and ease pressure on mental health in schools.

This role will champion the use of the Big Green Heart in local schools, working closely with a team of volunteers from local churches.

  1. Developing a discipleship club for Christian youth, working with a team of volunteers.
  2. Building relationships between community, schools, and churches.
  3. Implementing Take Away Church with the youth and community worker.

The salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key requirements include a clear understanding of safeguarding, experience working with young people, and a clean UK driving licence. As an occupational requirement, the post holder must be a Christian.
