Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Coach to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to overcome barriers to employment and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of referred customers, using a variety of strategies to help them overcome employment barriers.
  • Undertake in-depth assessments to understand customers' circumstances, preferences, and barriers to progression.
  • Achieve high-quality customer service standards and meet performance targets.

Requirements:

  • A good working knowledge of the local labour market.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Fully IT literate in using Microsoft Office programmes and modern digital technologies.
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment and delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 p.a. (dependent on experience).
  • A range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, 2 Volunteer Days, and a Company Pension Scheme.
