Job Title: Brand Director

Wendy B Ltd is seeking an experienced Brand Director to lead their luxury beauty brand.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in managing luxury beauty brands. As Brand Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and success.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of brand managers.
About You

To succeed as our Brand Director, you will need:

  • A proven track record of managing luxury beauty brands, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
