About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Estate Agent to join our team in Basingstoke as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service while dealing with sales and lettings. You will build rapport with new and existing clients, face-to-face or over the phone, and work towards agreeing sales and progressing them through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations, viewings, and financial services appointments
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate lettings
  • Provide exceptional customer care and service
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced Sales Negotiator or someone in Sales looking to transition into Estate Agency
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, and organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence holder with own car available
