We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with top talent in the construction equipment hire industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with high-potential candidates who are actively seeking new opportunities
- Market candidates to clients and available job opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiate business terms with clients and win new job opportunities
- Utilize industry-leading technology to streamline the recruitment process
- Previous sales experience, ideally in a target-driven environment
- Customer service experience
- Recruitment experience, although not essential, would be an advantage
