About the Role:

Purview Services is seeking a highly skilled Testing and Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a testing strategy and ensure its implementation across Control-M technology
  • Determine tools and approaches for testing per product and the automated storing of test output
  • Ensure documented test strategies and test plans are in place and are up to date and reflective of the current position
  • Actively maintain existing test frameworks or help develop new ones when required
  • Develop tests that are predictable, repeatable, and implement automated verification of acceptance criteria
  • Introduce KPIs or metrics that evidence the success of testing as a practice
  • Agree on appropriate hosting of any necessary testing infrastructure or software

Requirements:

  • Testing background in a fast-paced IT environment
  • Strategic planning
  • Automation tooling
  • Experience of different types of testing, e.g., unit, performance, regression
  • Experience of evaluating the success of implementing testing strategies
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in English language speaking and writing skills required
  • Experience of working with global teams across geographies and cultures
  • Understanding of workload automation or scheduling tooling
  • Understanding of Managed File Transfer systems is a bonus
