Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Trade Specialist to join our team at ADM Agriculture. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing combinable crops, selling seed and fertilizer products, and developing business relationships with existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing grain, oilseeds, and pulses from farmer customers.
  • Selling seed and fertilizer products to both existing and new accounts.
  • Actively promoting campaigns in liaison with the Retail department.
  • Utilizing company information and promoting technical services to farmers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in agricultural trade or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft IT software and bespoke systems.
