Job Title: Property InspectorWe are seeking a skilled Property Inspector to join our quality assurance team at Concept Housing Association CIC. As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that managing agents meet the required standards in line with compliance, service regulations, and policies & procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilising inspection and measurement techniques with reference to company policy and procedures and statutory requirements.
* Identify areas of non-compliance and provide guidance to the providers to overcome issues identified.
* Ensuring records are kept up to date, and all status updates are accurately captured on our internal systems.
* Ensuring providers are committed to the implementation of process improvements so that contract and framework agreements are met, in line with set targets.
* Assisting team members and providers with property / document related queries.
* Produce detailed feedback to providers when required while recording all audit outcomes on the required system.
* Delivery of accurate and meaningful management information to management in line with agreed timescales.
About You:
* Relevant experience working within the property sector.
* An understanding of housing maintenance.
* Experience in the management of repairs and the ability to read and interpret technical reports.
* Experience of administering and managing multiple contracts working with service providers and delivering positive performance.
* Experience of working with external stakeholders and building relationships with others.
* Experience of working to deadlines.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with a proven ability to influence and empower colleagues.
* Good numeracy and IT skills with experience of the Microsoft suite of products.
