Job Description

Sacco Mann is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Derby. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgaging, new builds, and part exchanges.

The ideal candidate will have strong residential conveyancing experience and a driven, proactive approach. They will be able to run a caseload from inception to completion, with the support of a paralegal. Whether you are a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or Fee Earner qualified through experience, this role offers a great opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and transfers of equity
  • Managing a caseload from inception to completion
  • Working closely with a paralegal to ensure efficient case progression
  • Providing excellent client service and communication
