At Personnel Selection, we are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the production of high-quality housing cases.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in welding and fabrication within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on TIG welding. However, MIG welding is also an advantage. Key responsibilities include the production of housings, quality control, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.

We offer a competitive salary up to £38,000, depending on experience, as well as 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and an excellent benefit package including profit share, hybrid working, enhanced pension, and more.

This role involves working Monday to Thursday, 7:30 pm, with overtime available. The successful candidate will be part of a team of 13 Welders under the Fabrication Team Leader.
