Principal Instrumentation and Control Specialist

Join Kent PLC, a leading company in the field of control systems engineering, as a Senior/Principal Control & Instrumentation Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of engineering deliverables, ensuring timely completion of projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Coordinate the production of engineering deliverables, including design documents, specifications, and test plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in control systems engineering and instrumentation
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
