About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Anchor, a leading provider of care and housing for older people. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
