The role involves working with a local authority in the Home Counties, providing legal advice and support services, and acting as a legal advisor. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including public childcare care proceedings, and develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in the public sector and has a strong understanding of childcare law. You will be responsible for carrying a caseload of predominantly public childcare care proceedings, covering court hearings and PLO meetings in person, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Salary: £52 per hour (umbrella)

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of case management and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
