Job Title: Sales and Parts Executive

TPS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Parts Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Parts Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and face-to-face visits.
  3. Accurately identify and fulfill customer parts requirements.
  4. Utilize product promotions to achieve specific targets and identify potential sales opportunities.
  5. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
  6. Provide timely communication to customers regarding their credit status.
  7. Assist and support the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent customer service.
  8. Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and others to achieve sales targets and provide a joined-up approach to sales.
  9. Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries within KPIs, using the approved greeting.
  10. Ensure the proper and accurate use of all systems to search and order parts.
  11. Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
  12. Deal with all cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines in the Operations Manual.
Requirements:
  1. A self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  2. Confident and capable communicator with proven experience of selling in a fast-paced and/or telesales environment.
  3. Passion for providing a great customer service experience.
  4. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
  5. A team player with the drive and determination to achieve individual and sales targets on a weekly & monthly basis.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  7. IT literate, preferably with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  8. A passion for the automotive industry.
